By using my website and/or booking a service, the following Terms, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer serve as an agreement between Stacy Robinette (aka "I," "my" and "me") and the client. Paying for my services indicates that the client agrees to and accepts all of the following. Please read it carefully prior to purchasing my services.
TERMS
Payments
PayPal payments are accepted for booking sessions through Calendly, my third-party scheduler.
I request that the total fee for services be paid prior to working with me.
Refund and Reschedule Policy
I ask that, by purchasing one of my services, clients who reschedule less than 24 hours of the service agree to only do so in the case of an emergency or illness. I ask that they please email me at stacy@stacyrobinette.com to let me know of the reschedule being made if it is less than 24 hours of the session time, and please also use the reschedule link in the Calendly confirmation email to book a new time. Please email me if you need me to resend the link to reschedule.
If a client does not show up by 15 minutes after the start time of the appointment, then the session will be cancelled. Please email me at stacy@stacyrobinette.com to reschedule the missed session. In the case that I need to reschedule due to emergency or illness, I will email the client at the email address provided to let them know.
I am committed to providing the very best possible healing service. I do not offer refunds. If the client is dissatisfied with the service, the client agrees that what was paid for the service will not be refunded. Please email me at stacy@stacyrobinette.com to inform me of any dissatisfaction.
Session Length
Sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes in length. If I complete the healing portion before 60 minutes, it is because there is no further healing required at that moment. You are welcome to ask questions or share any final insights before the 60 minutes are up. Some sessions, particularly the Past Life Healing Journey, tend to go over time, so please set aside 1 hour and 15 minutes for that session. It will be the first session in the packages. If you book a single session in which I tune into the type of healing you need, then please plan on setting aside 1 hour and 15 minutes in case a past life journey is required for you.
Confidentiality
I keep all information the client shares with me during a session confidential.
Copyright
My content is protected by copyright laws in the United States of America. At no time may the images, videos, or words on my website be shared or used for commercial purposes. Please email me at stacy@stacyrobinette.com to inform me if you see my content being copied or published by someone else.
PRIVACY POLICY
Marketing Emails
I may send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. I share your contact information with ConvertKit, my email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on my behalf.
Scheduling
When you schedule an appointment by booking on my website through my scheduling service provider, Calendly, your personal information is collected from you to complete the booking. Calendly collects your:
Name
Email address
Phone number
This information is collected so that I can communicate with you to provide the healing session service to you.
Payments
When you make a purchase for healing services, PayPal will be used to collect the payment through my scheduling service. Please refer to PayPal’s privacy policy to learn how they collect and use data at this link: Paypal Privacy Policy.
